Dance Arts Dimensions Academy (DADA) International Foundation has been nurturing young talent on Sint Maarten through dance, arts, and drama: training children from as young as five years old to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with their culture.
This SXM Doet, DADA is channeling that same creative energy into the community, and they're bringing their own youth volunteers along for the ride.
This is primarily a DADA-led, youth-driven initiative. The young people of DADA aren't just participating: they're leading the charge, showing up as active contributors to their community and proving that you don't have to be an adult to make a real difference.

Together, the morning kicks off with hands-on painting: educational ground games featuring numbers, shapes, and alphabets; freshly designed school benches; and exterior wall murals filled with positive messages and inspiring visuals — transforming Sis Borgia's school yard into a space students are proud to show up to every day.
The afternoon shifts into youth development mode — a motivational speaker, a guided journaling session, a shared lunch, and a movie screening to close out the day on a high note. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to every volunteer as a token of appreciation for their time and effort.
