This year Leaders for Change is bringing our Beneficiaries across borders, creating new experiences and showing some of the most vulnerable persons within our Community that their is still hope. We will conduct a Island Tour a day filled with joy peace and pure good vibes. Sharing knowledge and experiences from both sides of our Island. Followed by an amazing Lunch outdoors before we close off for the day.
