Leaders for Change Family is dedicated to persistently connecting with the homeless and rough sleeper community, providing them with snacks, hot meals, and beverages. Our mission is to emphasize the significance of compassion and let these individuals know that someone cares. We will traverse the Dutch side, engaging with diverse communities, united in our goal to make a positive impact.
Our central hub will be the meeting point where we assemble to pack items and prepare meals. Subsequently, we will venture into the field as a cohesive team to serve our vulnerable communities. Our objective is to reach and support 75 to 100 individuals during each outreach initiative. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most!
