Adding a Mural to the PJL Belvedere Satellite

To create a mural painting on the sides of the new Philipsburg Jubilee Library Belvedere Satellite (HC 40' Container). An artist will create the design and also supervise the painting. In preparation, the container will be power-washed and the priming of the container will be done prior to the SXM Doet.
